Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and recruit new strategic partners (e.g., technology vendors, system integrators, resellers) aligned with our go-to-market strategy.
- Onboarding & Oversight: Oversee the onboarding journey of newly signed partners by the Partner Enablement team. Monitor partner readiness and act as an escalation point if required. Ensure continous learning of existing partners on new solutions.
- Joint Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with partners on co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and solution positioning to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for partners, building strong relationships, resolving challenges, and aligning on joint business goals.
- Strategic Engagements: Initiate and manage high-impact strategic initiatives with selected partners – including co-development, joint offerings, embedded solutions, and “as-a-Service” (aaS) models that enhance the osapiens value proposition.
- Revenue Growth: Drive partner-sourced pipeline and increase partner contribution to overall revenue (share of wallet), ensuring mutual success and value creation.
- Performance Management: Set clear KPIs, track partner performance, and implement initiatives to optimize results and engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partner Enablement, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner integration and value delivery
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a partnerships, business development, or channel management role – ideally within the software, SaaS, or ESG-related industry.
- Proven track record in both partner acquisition and lifecycle management, with strong revenue impact.
- Experience driving joint go-to-market activities and measurable partner pipeline contribution.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across seniority levels.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate partner potential into business impact.
- Fluency in German and English required; other languages are a strong plus.
