Hasbro's Analytics, Insights and Measurement (AIM) group is adding a Solutions Analyst, AIM Solutions Engineering to their team.
Our Solutions Engineering team is growing! The Solutions Analyst will work with partners in IT and global partners across the organization to build solutions that enable the business. The primary role of the analyst will be to lead a small team of off-shore visualization developers, as well as develop and deploy dashboards with critical timelines. We are looking for a team member who loves to combine play with their skills and knowledge of data and dashboards to help drive Hasbro’s brands toward profitable growth.
What you'll do:
- Run prioritized backlog under the mentorship of the Sr. Manager, AIM Solutions Engineering.
- Conduct requirements sessions with partners; translate requirements into clearly articulated technical specifications for off-shore developers and IT team.
- Develop technology systems that support business partner data and analytical needs (including components like interactive dashboards, visualizations, data blending and transformation routines).
- Document unit test scripts for off-shore team, perform detailed user acceptance and post-unit testing, and document results.
- Write up and communicate results for customers; acquire end user feedback regarding user experience.
What you'll bring:
- Good project management skills; able to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize incoming requests.
- Proven knowledge of sourcing, cleaning, and analyzing complex data sets that link data from a variety of sources.
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements for IT resources and visual solutions engineers.
- Ability to work with IT and outside vendors to catalog, clean, and integrate external data sources into Hasbro’s data model.
- Effectively communicate with various levels within the organization (primarily across AIM).
- 3+ years of experience in Analytics, consulting, or a related data/quantitative field.
- B.S. or equivalent in a quantitative field (e.g., comp sci, engineering, economics).
- Significant experience and proficiency with BI and Data Visualization (Power BI preferred).
- Intermediate SQL skills, ability to design queries as well as make data structure recommendations.
- Proficiency with Excel and advanced Excel features a plus.
- Experience with one or more scripting languages (Python preferred).
- Experience working with business partners and leading resources (off-shore a plus).

The base salary range for this position is $86,500.00 to $129,700.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
