Job Summary: Reporting directly to the team manager the Senior Consultant will be responsible for working on single large scale, multiple projects or a work stream of projects. The Business Analysis function plays a key role during the onset of a project or program by helping define scope and create requirements working closely with business partners to understand and translate needs. This role serves as a contact for IT during the design, development, and testing phase. Functional expertise is required.
Major Duties:
Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult
As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level
Operates independently and has in-depth knowledge of business unit, specific area of expertise and strong knowledge in other areas
Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas
As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level
Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult
Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities
Conducts preliminary analysis
Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management
Knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Skills & Experience:
Graduate or above
10+ years of experience into Fee Billing & Fee Management operations & Business Analysis.
In-depth experience working Finance environment
Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx would be preferred.
Exposure to Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Custody products
Experience of Microsoft Outlook and Office
Understanding of complex Fee Billing processes (preferably within Banking environment)
Extensive data manipulation and transformation experience
Internal Eligibility Criteria:
- 24 months as Consultant
- 12 months as Senior Consultant to apply for lateral movement
