ABOUT THE POSITION 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Visante, you will play a key role in identifying and hiring top talent to support our mission of advancing pharmacy and healthcare excellence. You’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and extending offers—while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. This role requires a strategic and proactive approach to recruiting, ensuring seamless candidate experience and alignment with Visante’s culture and business goals.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements.
• Create, post, and manage job listings on internal and external platforms.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals 
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth candidate experience.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and help promote the company as an employer of choice.

Requirements

Education

Required:  Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

Required:  2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition   

Preferred:  Experience with hiring in the pharmacy industry

Certification

Required:  Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).

Special Skills

• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools.
• Skilled in sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices; maintains high confidentiality.
