Rehab Services Aide at Stoughton Health

Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Rehab Services Aide to join our team on a Per-Diem basis in our Rehab Services department.

The rehab services aide is responsible for patient mobility, monitoring, and reporting vitals, aide in post-therapy recovery and care. In addition, the aide will assist in cleaning, stocking and turning over patient treatment rooms.

Position Requirements:

• Required: Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant training program. High School graduate or Equivalent.
• Prefer previous healthcare setting experience
• Certification: BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Computer Competency: Basic Computer Skills are expected for this position
• Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Beginning Skills – Able to perform basic things such as opening a document, change font, save a document, write a letter.

Work Shift:

• Per-Diem
• As needed
• Minimum of 2 shifts per month
• Clinic Hours - Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
