Purpose

This role is responsible for the project to be delivered in line with the scope, schedule and cost.

Key Missions

  • Defining deliverables and developing detailed work plans: schedules, project estimates, communication plans, resource plans, and progress reports
  • Conducting risk analyses and monitoring progress against milestones and budgets
  • Ensuring that deliverables meet quality, security, and cost standards
  • Managing changes that may impact the scope, schedule, or project budget
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating accordingly and in a timely manner
  • Coordinating and monitoring vendor tasks, as well as reviewing their deliverables
  • Preparing the handover to the operations team
  • Tracking Jira tickets and following up on bug fixes

Profile & Other Information

  • Master’s degree student (Year 1 or Year 2) in business school or university.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (risk management, planning, WBS, cost/time/quality triangle).

  • Proficiency in office and project management tools (Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Project).

  • Knowledge of ERP concepts is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • English: fluent level (spoken and written), to collaborate on international projects.
