We're looking for a Jr. Manufacturing Engineer to support our fast-paced engineering team with hands-on, high-impact work. In this entry-level role, you'll assist in tooling management, programming, quality control, documentation, and continuous improvement projects. You'll gain practical experience while helping drive the manufacturing excellence that sets us apart.


What You’ll Do:
Tooling Management: Oversee new die orders, manage retooling, and keep production running smoothly with accurate, available tools.
Programming Support: Assist with programming for manufacturing equipment, managing variable and serialized data for efficiency and precision.
Incoming Inspection and Quality Control: Perform inspections and lab tests on new tooling and materials to uphold our strict quality standards.
Procedure Documentation: Create and update technical documents, SOPs, tech data sheets, and customer drawings for seamless operations.
Calibration and Auditing: Ensure that production tools and templates stay calibrated and audit-ready at all times.
Engineering Support: Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and assist on exciting continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Sales Support:  Using resources needed to solve customer challenges and occasionally going on sales calls in a technical support role.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Associate’s degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
  • Solid grasp of manufacturing basics and quality principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills, technical documentation ability, and attention to detail

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or lab environment
  • Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
  • Experience with ERP systems and process control tools
  • Knowledge of material testing methods (or eagerness to learn!)
