We’re looking for a DocuSign Insight Developer to play a pivotal role in system support, user access management, and continuous improvement initiatives. How You Will Contribute:

  • Collaborate with the End User Support and Legal Application Support teams to manage day-to-day DocuSign Insight issues using ServiceNow.
  • Assign appropriate roles and security profiles to users, ensuring system access aligns with responsibilities.
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets as Level 2 support for DocuSign Insight-related issues.
  • Report and resolve system performance issues and product bugs by working closely with vendor support teams.
  • Test software upgrades and releases from DocuSign to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance the product and internal workflows.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
     

The Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Programming experience in at least one core language (e.g., Java or C#).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel.
  • Solid understanding of software development and UI/UX principles.
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
     

The Assets:

  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing tools or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign products or other contract lifecycle management tools.
