Responsibilities:

The Tactical Networks Program Office (PMW 160), within Program Executive Office (PEO)Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I), provides cyber secure, accredited, and reliable integrated local and wide area networks (WANs) and foundation computing systems to support Navy, joint, and coalition forces across geographically dispersed locations. These networks enable critical command and control capabilities. 

 

PMW 160 comprises four divisions: Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES), Future Capabilities, Platform Application Services (PAS), and Wide Area Networks (WAN). 

 

Noblis is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler with a TS/SCI clearance, to provide provide project scheduling and project controls as project management support on various complex projects within the Government. The position requires exceptional organizational and multitasking skills and ability to coordinate with multiple project teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain an integrated master schedule from lower-level schedules
  • Generate and maintain manpower projections and estimates
  • Generate and maintain schedules for large and complex projects
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders with respect to dc-conflicting and modifying schedules
  • Establish scheduling “standards” within the projects
  • Determine and illustrate critical path drivers
  • Identify project and resource dependencies (predecessors and successors) to develop a predictive and realistic project schedule
  • Determine and illustrate project interdependencies
  • Assist and determine schedule impacts arising from configuration item changes
  • Develop custom fields, reports, and macros
  • Identify and analyze schedule-related risks
  • Improve forecasting tools and procedures through application of innovative ideas and projects
  • Communicate clearly with technical, business, and executive stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI clearance required
  • US citizenship required

 

Mid-Level ($88,500/yr - $138,300/yr)

  • Bachelor's Degree + 3 years of professional experience with integrated master scheduling
    • OR Associate’s Degree + 6 years of experience
    • OR High School Diploma + 9 years of experience

 

Senior Level ($107,100/yr - $167,325yr)

  • Master’s Degree + 10 years of professional experience with integrated master scheduling
    • OR Bachelor's Degree + 12 years of experience 
    • OR Associate’s Degree + 15 years of experience
    • OR High School Diploma + 18 years of experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in DoD requirements definition, program management, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience with the business practices of the NAVWAR community
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products and MS Project
  • Demonstrated knowledge of configuration management processes
  • Experience with One Pager.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
