Program Manager- Military Programs
Job Location: HC Pacific - Ontario
Job Summary:
HC Pacific is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Military Programs leader to oversee and drive the success of our exclusive Military product lines. This individual will serve as the central leader for identifying, managing, and capturing opportunities across all U.S. Military branches—including the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Space Force and across other military government agencies and defense contracting channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to execute a comprehensive growth strategy that ensures HC Pacific continues to be a trusted partner to the Department of Defense and its affiliates.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for HC Pacific’s Military Programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth targets
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue opportunities with the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force, DLA, and other defense/government agencies
- Conduct in-depth market research using tools such as Haystack, DIBBS, and ALICORP to forecast demand, assess investment opportunities, and uncover competitive insights
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, contracts, operations, and leadership teams to ensure programs remain aligned with government requirements, compliance standards, and customer expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key military and government stakeholders, industry partners, and defense contractors
Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering preferred, but not required
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and drive innovative, results-oriented solutions (mandatory)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven success in program management, business development, or related roles within the defense or aerospace industry preferred
- Experience with aerospace/military sales and an understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and contracting requirements preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills preferred
