Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $35.16 - $53.71. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

Operational Oversight 

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the Pediatric ACC to ensure seamless, patient-centered service delivery. 

  • Ensure full compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical practice standards. 

  • Supervise and support the ACC office staff, including scheduling, communication, and daily workflow coordination. 

  • Oversee float staff and temporary personnel coverage when required. 

  • Serve as the point of contact for communication and inquiries from PAS, clinical, social work teams, and physician practices via Epic Pools and internal email. 

  • Manage all template sessional requests. 

 

Performance Improvement & Strategic Initiatives 

  • Lead and support operational improvement projects from design through implementation. 

  • Conduct root cause analyses, performance assessments, and current/future state evaluations to identify and close gaps in care delivery and operations. 

  • Develop and implement metrics to track outcomes and drive continuous quality improvement. 

  • Gather and analyze operational data through observations, interviews, and workflow reviews 

  • Translate findings into actionable insights and leadership-ready presentations, tailored to various audiences. 

Team Leadership & Development 

  • Hire, train, mentor, and retain high-performing ACC staff. 

  • Conduct bi-weekly and monthly team meetings and regular one-on-ones to support staff development and accountability. 

  • Administer ongoing performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. 

  • Manage payroll submission for ACC personnel in coordination with HR and finance teams. 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required. 

  • 4+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience  

  • An advanced degree (MPH, MHA, MBA, etc.) may be considered in lieu of some experience. 

Skills – Required 

  • Proven experience supervising teams and managing performance. 

  • Demonstrated success in leading performance improvement initiatives within a hospital or clinical environment. 

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio). 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. 

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. 

  • Adaptability to new software tools and hospital systems, including Epic.
