Job Position: Sales Engagement Coordinator

Wage: $60,000 yearly

Job Type: Full-Time Hybrid (In-Office / Remote).

Location: Lincolnwood, IL

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Sales Engagement Coordinator to support our growing Sales and Events team. A collaborative mindset is essential, as the role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to drive shared goals. Strong communication skills—both internally with colleagues and externally with clients—are key to maintaining transparency and building trust.

 

This hybrid role plays a vital part in the success of client events, from behind-the-scenes logistics to client-facing communication. You will work with our Workspace Solutions, Drop Off Catering and Full-Service Event divisions. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team that values flexibility, initiative, and precision.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support:
    • Help prepare Sales Proposals, Contracts, Floorplans, Mood Boards, and event paperwork
    • Identify and research new business prospects and leads
    • Maintain and update prospect and lead databases
    • Distribute inbound leads 
  • CRM Administration:
    • Own and maintain accuracy and integrity of the CRM data
    • Track sales metrics and provide insights to leadership
    • Provide reports and data analysis on timely basis
    • Support Sales reporting and pipeline tracking and insights to improve effectiveness
  • Office & Administrative Support:
    • Manage and maintain office supplies and copier equipment inventories
    • Accepting and sorting of daily mail receipts
    • Print and assemble event materials including tent cards and signage
  • Insurance & Compliance:
    • Manage and track client and vendor Certificate of Insurance (COI) requirements. 
    • Distribute to clients and sales requests in timely fashion
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Support divisional Catering Sales Managers with daily tasks and project management.
    • Act as a key liaison between Sales and other departments including Operations, Marketing, Production, Accounting and Logisitics.
    • Provide research and data entry support to business development team.

 

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an Administrative, Sales Support, or coordination role (Hospitality or catering industry a plus).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong project management and follow through

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Ability to be on-site in Lincolnwood, IL 3–4 days per week

• Customer and team results focused

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems preferred

• Sales experience within a similar industry.

• Ability to thrive and remain even-tempered when faced with a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong sales and business acumen.
