We are currently seeking a Government Contract Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our GSA contracts, providing sales support, and overseeing client relationships from the quoting stage through to the delivery and installation of furniture. This role requires strong organizational skills, a sharp client-service mindset, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to ensure the success of government and commercial projects
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain the company’s GSA contract, ensuring compliance and accuracy of all documentation.
- Coordinate and prepare responses to RFPs, RFQs, and bids, in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
- Develop, review, and submit quotes in a precise, timely, and competitive manner.
- Provide inside sales support to the Sales Director and field representatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication from initial quote through to installation.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.
- Collaborate with vendors, installers, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing, planning, and on-time delivery.
- Conduct client site visits as needed for pre-RFP assessments, measurements, and installation support.
- Maintain detailed project documentation to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally (client site visits, project support).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in contract management, sales support, or project coordination (furniture industry experience a plus).
- Familiarity with GSA contracts, federal procurement processes, and RFP responses strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and project management software.
- Bilingualism (French/English) required.
