JOB SUMMARY

TURN BHS is seeking a high performing, detail-driven professional to serve as the Senior Project Analyst to the CEO. This is far more than standard executive support, it’s strategic partnership at the highest level. RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Senior Project Analyst, you will serve as a critical thought partner and administrative anchor to the CEO, enabling high level focus on strategy and leadership.

•            Prepare and coordinate executive-level meetings, including with elected officials, city mayors, Board of Supervisors, and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.

•            Communication Liaison: Manage access to the CEO, ensuring efficient use of time, and facilitate clear and consistent communication internally and externally.

•            Project Management and Coordination: Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and coordinating cross-functional teams.

•            Problem Solving and Decision Support: Assist in resolving complex issues and provide recommendations to support the CEO's decision-making process.

•            Serve as a trusted advisor and confidant to the CEO, Executive Leadership and Board Members.

•            Prepare for and follow up on meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

•            Coordinate executive communications with the VP of Strategic Partnerships including taking calls, responding to inquiries and interfacing potential donors.

•            Research, prioritize, and follow up on issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.   

•            Assist in organizing CEO-led speaking engagements, events, and public appearances with a polished, professional touch.

Operational Management:

•            Oversee the daily operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring efficient processes and timely deliverables.

•            Coordinate across departments to track key deadlines and deliverables for CEO-related initiatives.

•            Support the development and implementation of operational plans to support the company’s four strategic objectives.

•            Recommend improvements to streamline workflows for the CEO’s office.

Strategic Planning:

•            Collaborate with the CEO and strategic leadership team to coordinate strategic goals and monitor progress.

•            Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.

•            Lead special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

•            Support tasks and projects with the strategic leadership team based on the CEO’s priorities and the overall strategic goals of the company.

•            Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among the strategic leadership team staff and the CEO.

•            Keep the CEO informed about the status of projects and tasks being handled by the executive staff.

Project Management:

•            Plan, execute, and manage projects from inception to completion.

•            Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

•            Monitor project performance and provide updates to the CEO.

Communication and Coordination:

•            Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

•            Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.

•            Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.

Board and External Relations:

•            Serve as liaison to the Board of Directors, assisting with meeting preparation, agenda setting, materials, and follow-up.

•            Partner with Marketing and Development staff to support fundraising and donor engagement, including grant proposals, reporting, and donor relations.

•            Represent the CEO and TURN in selecting internal and external meetings, ensuring professional and mission-aligned communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

•            Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

•            5+ years of experience in a senior management and executive support role. PMP Certification preferred.

•            Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.

•            Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

•            Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

•            Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and composed in all interactions.

•            Exceptional time management and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy.

•            Certified Notary Public or ability to obtain certification

•            Ability to travel up to 10% minimum.

•            High emotional intelligence and proven ability to work with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
