Jerry Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning is a renowned leader in residential HVAC services. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality HVAC installations to our customers and are currently seeking an Installation Coordinator / Inventory Specialist to join our growing team.
Job Description:
The Wearhouse Assistant oversees company’s inventory, which includes daily deals and monitors the consumption and purchase of materials.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders/ reorder materials and equipment as necessary.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software (Service Titan).
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials and equipment as necessary.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Perform various functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
- Load, unload, and stage products and materials
- Ordering, Shipping & Receiving
- Computer Skills including Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, Inventory Software etc.
- Driving to pick-up or deliver parts
- Order all necessary equipment and materials required for installations, ensuring they arrive on time for scheduled installations.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and to resolve any potential issues.
- High communication
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Working indoor/outdoors
- Be able to handle, lift, bend, twist up to 50lbs.
- Adhere to and understand safety policies and regulations
- Assist in securing delivery loads

- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- Good driving record
- No criminal record
- Insurable driver’s license
- Class E driver’s license required within 30 days of hire
- No visible tattoos (must be covered up while working)
