We are looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor for our Stiles facility in Ceres, CA. This is a full-time position and is 100% onsite.

What would you do as our Maintenance Supervisor?
You will make sure that all plant equipment is maintained and in good operating condition to minimize downtime, optimize production, and ensure that it’s a safe working environment for everyone.
You would also:
- Perform required maintenance and repair on all machinery and equipment as well as building structure
- Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and perform planned maintenance of all mechanical aspects of plant, office, machinery and equipment
- Adjust and repair clutches, brakes, lubricating systems, paint systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and pumps
- Install new equipment as needed, ensuring it is production ready and meets all safety guidelines
- Perform basic electrical work
- Actively work and participate on safety and improvement projects
- Be able to provide after-hours support and guidance to the maintenance and engineering teams.
- Perform special assignments and projects as assigned
- Actively participate in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees
- Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate governance policies, regulations and laws, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct
The Skills and Experience you need:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Completion of a Technical School program and/or a certification of an Industrial Maintenance program preferred
- 5+ years previous industrial maintenance experience required
- Previous experience or working knowledge of CNC punching machines, lasers, forming presses, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot PLC programming with RS logic control
- Previous experience/exposure to reading schematics and drawings. Specifically, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic
- Ability to understand mechanical concepts and reason out solutions to problems
- Previous experience using a work order system
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities
PAY: $71,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
