McLane Global IT Systems Integration Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the integration of enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP/WMS), TMS, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI. The role ensures seamless system connectivity, secure data exchange, and compliance with federal cybersecurity standards, while supporting operational reporting, access, and business continuity requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of integrations between ERP, TMS, analytics, and external systems.
- Oversee middleware solutions using Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, and APIs.
- Ensure integrations meet operational requirements for order processing, receipts, shipment updates, and invoicing.
- Develop and maintain a data mapping strategy and integration dictionary.
- Manage data validation, reconciliation, and exception handling.
- Ensure data integrity for orders, shipments, inventory, and financial transactions.
- Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for users.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST 800-53/171, and FedRAMP standards.
- Ensure continuous monitoring, audit logging, and secure coding practices across integrated systems.
- Deliver automated daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports through ERP and Power BI.
- Oversee development of real-time dashboards for shipment visibility, inventory management, compliance metrics, and recall readiness.
- Ensure redundant IT integrations and contingency workflows to support continuity of operations.
- Develop and maintain risk mitigation strategies for data mapping errors, access issues, shipment visibility gaps, and system downtime.
- Support recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery point objectives (RPO).
- Serve as the technical lead and point of contact for all integration-related matters.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and coordinate with functional/business teams during testing, user acceptance, and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading ERP/WMS integrations (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Strong expertise in cloud integration platforms (Azure Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus).
- Experience with transportation management systems (Shipwell or equivalent).
- Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks (FISMA, NIST 800-53/171, FedRAMP).
- Proficiency with data integration, reconciliation, and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI).
- Proven ability to manage integration projects under compliance-driven environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Security Engineer.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or federal contracting projects.
