Knowledge and Experience:
· High School Diploma Required; College Degree Preferred
· 3+ years of experience handling confidential information related to employee files and information
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Minimum of 1 year experience in data and batch processing.
· Exhibits continuous attention to detail, confidentiality, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.

Key Accountabilities:
· Prepares source data/documents for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
· Enters safety and company data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard, or 10-key, according to screen and data program format.
· Verifies customer and company data by reviewing, correcting, deleting; reenters data in verification formats to detect errors; purges obsolete electronic files to eliminate duplication of data.
· Handles highly confidential information and maintains drug and alcohol files
· Mailing confidential reference checks and managing employee correspondence
· Tests new safety data and company system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output, and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.
· Secures information by organizing physical and electronic files, including back-up, as required by company procedures.
· Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
· Assist with safety training meetings
· Support with employee badging and uniforms
· Additional duties, as assigned.

· Drug and alcohol screening: Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Also, contingent upon receiving a favorable background check. Must pass a physical examination.
