Functional Description:
The Program Analyst (Journeyman) will provide direct support to the E-130J Top Secret Infrastructure (TSI) Integrated Product Team (IPT) in a fast-paced, high-visibility ACAT I program. This role requires strong analytical, organizational and communication skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. The analyst will translate complex program information into clear, concise and impactful products to inform decision-makers at the highest levels. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, track and manage programmatic briefing materials, including PowerPoint and data call responses.
- Maintain configuration control and manage content within the TSI IPT Microsoft Teams digital library.
- Tracking program and project milestones, schedules and performance against plan (P2P).
- Support risk and issue management processes across the IPT.
- Serve as a backup to the TSI IPT Senior Program Analyst.
- Apply continuous process improvement techniques to strengthen program execution and reporting.
Support IPT operations by:
- Scheduling and organizing meetings.
- Documenting, assessing and tracking action items and data calls.
- Managing and following through on programmatic taskers.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing duties aligned with the functional description.
- Demonstrated ability to support large, complex programs in an ACAT environment.
- Strong Microsoft office suite skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
Desired Experience:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project to support integrated government schedule management.
- Experience supporting ACAT I program at the IPT or program office level.
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, reporting requirements and milestone reviews.
Education Requirements:
BA/BS degree from an accredited college or supplemental experience is required.
