We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer with deep hands-on experience in LLM application development, particularly using LangChain and LangGraph. You’ll play a key role in architecting and implementing AI-driven features that power insights, recommendations, and user experiences across our platform.

You will work on a people analytics platform and a private executive network for HR leaders. The product is live, scaling quickly, and already delivering value to a growing community of executives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale LLM-powered applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define AI-driven features.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance in production systems.
• Prototype quickly while also building for long-term scalability.
• Stay on top of emerging AI frameworks, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements

• Python (must-have), 3+ years production ML/AI experience
• Strong LangChain & LangGraph expertise (LCEL, workflows, multi-agent systems, agent patterns like ReACT/plan-and-solve, RAG, advanced retrieval strategies)
• Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB), chunking strategies
• Production engineering: Pydantic models, JSON schema, streaming, error handling, performance optimization
• Evaluation: LangSmith, pass@k, BLEU/ROUGE, observability
• Bonus: Experience with complex agent orchestration/state machines, agentic RAG, human-in-the-loop, map-reduce patterns, custom evaluation datasets
