Our headquarters are situated in the most beautiful of surroundings, with the offices set within a series of modern barn conversions right in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside and we are looking for an Order Support Executive to join our Purdicom team!
Position Summary
Our Order Support Executive will be responsible for checking, approving and requesting fulfilment of all Sales Orders, ensuring they are correct and meet Purdicom requirements. This includes the management of returns and queries that arise post-shipment stage. The Order Support Executive will form part of the Sales Support team that will also assist with all related tasks.
Principal Duties:
- Approve and shipping sales orders within our CRM
- Ordering software from suppliers and sending activation keys to customers
- Authorise and execute amendments to any existing sales orders
- Request internal warehouse replenishments
- Ensuring special pricing opportunities are loaded into NetSuite CRM efficiently to avoid POS rejection from vendors
- Raise and administer return authorisations and collections
- Managing Demo Kit requests and returns
- Control the quality of orders prior to shipment
- Ensuring courier costs are covered sufficiently
- Liaise with our Supply Chain and the Logistics departments on international shipments and other specific shipping requirements
- Manage internal reports for licenses that are overdue and/or need to be ordered
- Liaise with external vendors on Purdicom purchase order kickbacks to prevent rejections
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
- Customer focused
- Experience of using a CRM
- Strong communication skills with multiple internal departments
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to listen and articulate effectively
- Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office
- To gradually learn and amass knowledge of processes, and detailed understanding of Sales
- Must be a problem solver and able to work under own initiative
- To be able to work under pressure during cut-off periods for shipments
- Needs to be content to work in a semi-rural environment
