Program Manager at Element Materials Technology

Visión de conjunto:Element has an opportunity for a remote Program Manager, working on-site at Pratt & Whitney located in Columbus, GA. This role is a key function in servicing our customer and being a liaison between Element Charlotte and Pratt & Whitney. Position will be on-site at Pratt & Whitney in Columbus, GA Salary: $75,000 - $130,000/yr DOE   Responsabilidades:• Communicate testing status between Element Charlotte and Pratt & Whitney• Mitigate testing capacity concerns between the sites• Respond to any technical customer questions• Develop metrics for tracking purposes• Set & achieve testing goals• Create & present PowerPoint presentations• Other duties as assigned by the ManagerHabilidades / calificaciones:• Experience in interpreting testing procedures and requirements.• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc)• Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community, with customers and within the company.• Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities.• Well developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs.
