Requirements:
Excellent administrative assistant and secretarial skills with office protocols and technology
Proficiency in Windows, Google Docs and all associated applications; Strong Excel, Word and Publisher skills needed
Experience with PowerSchool and Aesop preferred
Knowledge or ability to prepare payroll data and purchase orders
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Self-starter, detail-oriented and collaborative
Supportive of the Principal and Aministrators to ensure all school protocols are followed
Solid relationship-building skills including the ability to relate easily and work well with faculty, students and the public
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Capacity to contribute to a positive school climate
Skillfulness in avoiding negative feedback loops
Exhibit professionalism in dress and attire
3-years progressively responsible administrative/clerical experience including two years of secretarial experience.
Confidentiality and discretion is a must.
Start Date: asap Salary: Follows current union contract (union dues apply), paid bi-weekly. Hoursof Employment: 7:45am – 3:45pm. The work year is 200 days (14 days before the start of school and 5 days after school dismisses). Benefits: union position with benefits. This is a ten month position. Minimum Requirement: Relevant secretarial experience required. Associate's Degree preferred.
