Administrative Assistant - MLT na Orange, CT Public Schools

• Excellent administrative assistant and secretarial skills with office protocols and technology
• Proficiency in Windows, Google Docs and all associated applications; Strong Excel, Word and Publisher skills needed
• Experience with PowerSchool and Aesop preferred
• Knowledge or ability to prepare payroll data and purchase orders
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Self-starter, detail-oriented and collaborative
• Supportive of the Principal and Aministrators to ensure all school protocols are followed
• Solid relationship-building skills including the ability to relate easily and work well with faculty, students and the public
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Capacity to contribute to a positive school climate
• Skillfulness in avoiding negative feedback loops
• Exhibit professionalism in dress and attire
• 3-years progressively responsible administrative/clerical experience including two years of secretarial experience.
