Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV!
The Personal Lines Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and acts as the liaison between clients and insurance carriers. This role is essential for managing day-to-day client needs, overseeing policy service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will handle new business and referrals, manage high-net-worth (HNW) clients, and provide comprehensive client support.
How You Will Contribute:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, acting as the main service contact for all assigned accounts. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience and, preferably, some exposure to HNW clients. Experience at larger brokerages is preferred but smaller brokerage experience is also valued.
- Work on new business and referral opportunities, typically received every few months, and support producers by creating insurance proposals and summaries.
- Handle the day-to-day servicing of client accounts, including processing claims, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other client needs. This includes working on billing questions and ensuring follow-up on pending items.
- Serve as a backup for assigned producers by assisting in the servicing and marketing of their accounts.
- Prepare and submit required reports for leadership and ensure client and policy data is accurate and up-to-date in AMS360. Attach and manage all client documentation using ImageRight.
- Oversee or assign daily tasks for account servicing, including invoicing, processing endorsements, and addressing urgent matters promptly.
- Manage the marketing efforts for new business and renewals, including using carrier online rating systems to remarket existing accounts.
- Work closely with team members, providing assistance when needed, and actively participate in cross-functional projects or special initiatives as directed by leadership.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for those who have handled high-net-worth clients or larger brokerage environments.
- Experience in managing proposals, claims, and policy summaries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience using insurance management systems (AMS360, ImageRight) is preferred.

Pay Range
$33.66 - $36.06 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
