We are looking for a Junior Innovation Engineer to craft and implement solutions based on AI and ML models.

We really value in-person collaboration, so we're looking for you to spend at least 60% of your time on-site. This means being at our company offices or at a client's site.

As a Junior Engineer on the Innovation team, your curious mindset and passion for AI will be key to our growth. You will build AI-led solutions that directly automate key processes, leading to greater efficiency and allowing the company to scale more smartly. Your contributions will also be vital in solving our most strategic business problems, driving real innovation, and helping us maintain a competitive edge.

What You’ll Do:

  • Tackle strategic problems - work on real business challenges, like improving operations through intelligent automations or using machine learning to speed up decision making
  • Build AI enabled tools - Design and implement solutions using AI and ML models, large language models or data science pipelines that have measurable impact.
  • Learning and Development - Utilise our partnership with Google Cloud. Helping you work with modern tech stacks and access exclusive tooling and learning opportunities. Stay up to date with the latest developments in Machine Learning.

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Strong technical foundations.
  • Experience with common programming languages such as Python, C++ and SQL.
  • Demonstrable experience operating in modern cloud environments (GCP preferred) using Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD.
  • Experience of deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch and TensorFlow).
  • Collaborative and methodical approach.
  • Proactive and attentive to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong grasp of statistics and probability fundamentals.
