What you´ll do
- Providing excellent support across the whole recruitment process for interns
- Posting and active sourcing to create a data base and talent pipeline.
- Screening of incoming applications and active addressing of suitable candidates
- Conducting telephone interviews
- Sending and recommend candidates for personal interviews and accompanying the supervisors during the process
- Guarantee a good pre-boarding and onboarding experience for interns
- Management of interns (agreements with universities, onboarding, follow-up…)
- Help and support identifying challenges to develop a better talent attraction strategy for internships
What makes you a good fit
- Labor Relations, Psychology or BBA degree
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Microsoft Office skills (specially Excel & Power Point)
- Team player and proactive attitude
- Communication abilities
- Motivation to work in different projects
- Able to do 1 year internship and 8 hours/day
- Incorporation (mid-October/November 2025)
