The Opportunity
Be a part of a close-knit team, providing high-level administration support through the construction phase of the process of new residential homes. This role is integral to preparing and delivering accurate high-volume documentation including relevant approvals for the issue of a build contract.
Permanent, full time, this role will be based at our “Stockland Halcyon Promenade” project in Burpengary East. Due to the nature of the building industry, the working hours are aligned, with the flexibility of either Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 3.30pm or 8.00am – 4.30pm.
What you will be doing:
- Be responsible for managing the delivery of a home through all pre-construction workflow activities via approved business systems
- Review drawings, specifications, and colour selections for consistency
- Perform QA reviews of documents that make up our Build Contract for in consistencies and to ensure accuracy of information
- Working with certifiers and consultants to obtain approvals and BA supporting documents
- Collate warranty/compliance certificates, product booklets, remotes, keys etc for our Home Buyers Handover Packs
- Ensure plans, specifications and other schedules created reflect all required company standards
- Provide support in maintaining our sub-contractor compliance requirements

Experience from working in the residential property construction sector would be a plus but we do welcome anyone that has a genuine interest in learning about this industry.
