The Role


We are looking for a Member Support Advisor to provide support to the general membership of PRS for Music, handling, investigating and resolving high volumes of member contacts and queries to agreed quality, productivity, adherence and availability standards 

Responsibilities:

As our Member Support Advisor, some of your day to day duties will include…

 

  • Supporting our members through email, calls and other channels
  • Providing support to 3rd parties internally and externally to resolve queries
  • Undertaking training and keep up-to-date information to provide the most accurate information to our members and colleagues.
  • Supporting the team leadership with the development of process to better service our members
  • Partaking in group days and feedback sessions to develop of process through technology and knowledge

The salary for this position is £26,000 per annum. 

About you:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced target-driven customer focused environment
  • GCSE's in Maths and English or equivalent

  • Interest in the music industry

The Process


Our interview process for this role is simple:

  • First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.

  • Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

We use competency-based questions within our interviews. This allows you to provide examples of situations where you have had to demonstrate the required skills relevant to the role you are applying for. To assist your preparation for interview, research the STAR method to aid bringing your examples to life.


Location

 

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
