We are looking for a senior partner and confidant for clients, as well as a pitch and production expert who can bring complex projects to life.As our Executive Producer, you'll have the chance to work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute cutting-edge digital campaigns that exceed our clients' expectations. From conceptualization to final delivery, you'll oversee every aspect of the project lifecycle, ensuring that our campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Not only will you work closely with our creative and account teams to bring our clients' visions to life, but you'll also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients and identify new business opportunities. We're looking for a natural leader with a track record of delivering successful digital campaigns and a passion for driving innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Foster new business and manage existing client relationships 

Lead new business pitches, proposals, and capability presentations 

Responsible for multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Work collaboratively with all departments including but not limited to creative, development, strategy, and production 

Support producers with managing client requirements, communications and balancing project schedules and budget

Contribute to a culture of excellence around creative use of technology in advertising and marketing

Responsible for the delivery and execution of great digital work as part of complex product offerings

Operational accountability for delivery: timelines, budgets, resourcing, process management and improvement

What You’ll Be Doing

6+ years producer experience within or for a production company as well as client services.

Digital production experience or knowledge is preferred

Outstanding leadership skills with a can do attitude

Extremely organized and can multitask like a wizard

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent presentation skills

Creative design abilities – professional look & feel

Deep understanding of project management, workflow and infrastructure

Professional demeanor and an ability to work well under pressure

Familiarity with working in a Mac environment, Harvest, Google Apps, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Keynote and Pages

Able to easily travel for a couple of days for client meetings in the U.S.
