About the Role

As a Desktop Support Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of IT support—troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and providing excellent service to our internal teams. You’ll gain exposure across multiple business operations and play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative projects
• Provide hands-on technical support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and company-specific applications
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Image and deploy computers using standard tools
• Set up and configure workstations for new team members
• Maintain accurate installation and support records
• Perform DoD-compliant data wipes for surplus devices
• Assist with basic user account and password management
• Support Operations and IT projects led by the VP of IT
• Document processes and update support materials
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• 1.5 to 3+ years of experience or vocational training in IT support
• Experience supporting executives is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environments
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
• Lift up to 15 pounds as needed
• Move between departments and facilities as required indoor and outdoor
• Ability to stand and work on a computer for extended periods
