Zwicker is currently seeking a Client Reporting Specialist to join our team in Andover. Our Client reporting team is responsible for the data transmitted to and from our Clients. We work closely with our clients and the IT programming team to implement or modify procedures to ensure all data is transmitted accurately and on time. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with the review of existing and updated processes, ensuring compliance with Client Reporting requirements, and running/editing reports to be sent out.
The base hourly rate for this position is $30.00 per hour.
Responsibilities include
- Follow reporting procedures to create reports and ensure they are accurate and sent to clients based on the current schedule
- Develop new or improve current processes and/or workflows to streamline report creation
- Reviewing file layouts
- Mapping file layouts to our system
- Working directly with the programming team to update file specs according to the mapping
- Testing programming updates to ensure data points are in alignment with file specs and mapping
- Program and process testing
- Report development
- Editing reports, including various repetitive reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or client services within financial services, consulting, or similar industries.
- 2+ years of experience working with data validation, quality control, and automation of reporting processes.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office experience with a focus in Excel
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks on a daily basis
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, which often involves assistance from other departments to complete the task
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
- Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
- Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
- Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL knowledge
- Microsoft Access
- AS400 experience
Physical Qualifications
- Be able to lift five pounds or greater
- Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times
- Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
- Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking
