International Sales Support Representative:

We are seeking a qualified International Sales Support Representative to join our team in our Harmar, PA location, just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. This position handles exports to Mexico, Latin America, and globally.

The International Sales Support Representative is accountable to provide an exceptional level of customer experience to assigned customer accounts (export and/or domestic) while working closely with sales to ensure that sales and profitability objectives are met.

Main Activities/Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of order processing
  • Apply specialized knowledge of technical details and product applications in the customer order process
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with key customers
  • Assuring thorough and accurate order processing
  • Suggesting alternative products and services
  • Providing support in the resolution of customer complaints and issues
  • Provide customers with timely and accurate information with respect to our product availability, shipping capabilities, and the status of orders from time of order receipt through order shipment, delivery, and payment of invoice.

Qualifications:

  • BS degree is preferred (or equivalent years in Glass experience)
  • Spanish fluency is required
  • Background in export compliance is required

Functional and Technical Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem solving, conflict resolution, and selling skills required
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office products required
  • Experience with Glass systems is preferred

Work Environment:

The incumbent will work in an open office environment as a member of a team of customer service representatives supporting both domestic and export customers. The position involves a great deal of telephone and e-mail contact with customers and internal Vitro contacts (e.g. sales, manufacturing plants, production planning, and transportation).
