The Sr. Financial Analyst role will play a pivotal role in analyzing revenue performance and own the budgeting and forecasting of revenue in partnership with the Sales and Integrated Business Planning teams to support Forte’s strategic decision-making. This role also partners with Sales leaders across the business in the management of rebate programs. This role will report to the Manufacturing Manager within the FP&A organization.

Responsibilities include:
•    Partner with Sales and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) teams to generate annual and quarterly revenue forecasting for all segments of the company. This includes both volume and average unit price (AUP) assumptions to identify trends, variances and opportunities. 
•    Own the delivery of monthly reporting and variance analytics surrounding revenue while working closely with Sales and Accounting to understand actuals and performance against plan/prior year in the areas of price realization and mix
•    Assist Sales Leadership with management of customer rebates and/or other customer-facing pricing programs
•    Develop enhanced key financial metrics that are used to provide better forward-looking visibility to revenue forecasting and operational impact on mix fluctuations
•    Support Sales Organization and Leadership team with Pricing actions and ad hoc pricing models.
•    Partner with various areas of the organization to ensure processing of Revenue deductions happens in accordance with GAAP Accounting
•    Manage the delivery of consolidated freight revenue and deliver freight recovery KPI’s that assist the business in highlighting actionable areas in enhancing delivery of revenue
•    Support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations

•    Must be able to lead, influence, build consensus and work effectively in cross functional teams
•    Strong analytical, quantitative, and team management skills
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills at various levels in the organization
•    Ability to consolidate complex data / information into concise communication points
•    Must be a self-starter, flexible, and able to independently work on time sensitive projects 
•    Advanced database and excel knowledge/ skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

Qualifications


•    Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required
•    4 - 6 years’ experience in a financial analysis or accounting position
•    A proven track record of reporting and utilizing financial information to drive business performance
•    Accuracy and precision in all matters of presenting and reporting data
•    Thorough understanding of Financial Systems and Reporting
•    Effective communication and influencing skills across all levels
•    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
•    Experience in manufacturing operations preferred
