Responsibilities
Assist with guest check-in/check-out and handle reservation inquiries
Train front office agents on hotel systems, policies, and procedures
Prepare operational reports for management as needed
Resolve guest complaints and disputes professionally and efficiently
Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service
Perform shift duties and support daily front desk operations
Maintain strong working relationships with management and staff
Lead and guide front office employees to achieve performance goals
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 6 months of hotel and guest service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with hotel property management systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable working in diverse environments, including casino floors
