As the Oracle Health Solution Consultant, you will:
Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Oracle Health’s Cerner system.
Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
Provide insights on Oracle Health’s Cerner system workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.
Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Onsite Work
Travel to client sites across North America to conduct wired/wireless network assessments.
Collect detailed data and document findings from network switch closets.
Upload findings daily to SharePoint and provide daily progress/status updates.
Collaborate with the team to produce final deliverables and reports post-engagement. Present assessment findings and recommendations to clients, including leadership up to C-suite.
Work flexible hours if needed (e.g., ER, surgery areas).
• Remote Work
Support wireless validation activities using tools such as Ekahau.
Attend team meetings, contribute to knowledge sharing, and manage multiple concurrent engagements.
• Deliverables & Reporting
Submit monthly subcontractor status reports via the Partner Portal by the 5th of each month.
Provide bi-weekly written status reports and verbal briefings to the Task Order Owner.
Complete expense reports, timesheets, and other required administrative tasks on time.
Preferences:
• Basic:
4+ years combined higher education and relevant work experience.
Degree in IT, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred:
4+ years’ experience with LAN/WLAN assessments and administration.
Familiarity with network analysis tools (e.g., Ekahau, Air Magnet, Fluke, netAlly, packet analyzers).
Strong troubleshooting, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Visio.
Comfortable engaging with leadership, including C-suite.
The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The rate range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
