JD:
12+ years of extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-level web applications, with a strong focus on full-stack development using .NET and React.
Demonstrated expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server & PostgreSQL.
Proven experience in designing and developing microservices, distributed systems, and headless applications.
Strong proficiency in React.js, including its core principles, component-based architecture, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and related tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
Proficiency in modern front-end technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and potentially TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs design and development, along with understanding of asynchronous programming with fetch/axios.
Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control systems (Git).
Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns (e.g., SOLID principles, Clean Architecture), and coding standards.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical decision-making.
