We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating 1st shift quality team for a tier 1 manufacturer of automotive.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules, and outlining duties.
- Manage, develop, and motivate direct reporting personnel.
- Monitor, measure, and report on production related process, performance, and general issues.
- Ensure clear written/verbal communication is provided to all employees.
- To ensure that Environmental, Health and Safety rules and regulations are followed in line with the company’s Environmental Health and Safety policy.
- Ensure training aligns with current and future shift demands, equipping staff with necessary skills.
- Hold an active role in the continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company.
- Payroll and attendance management.
- Hold associates responsible for ensuring company resources are used in an effective manner.
- Be able to make appropriate decisions while following the company policy.
- Maintain excellent attendance and expect the same from employees.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all associates.
- Monitor production rates in all modules.
- Assist Group Leaders as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Computer skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, CMS, specifically Excel experience.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic team environment.
- Self-motivated with results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
