The Role:
The Head of North Europe is a pivotal leadership position, reporting to the VP Europe & Asia Pacific Developed. This key role is responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability across Logitech’s North European cluster, encompassing the Nordics, UK, Ireland, and Benelux. This commercial leadership position includes full P&L ownership across all B2B and B2C channels and categories, overseeing a matrix organization of approximately 100 employees, including both direct and indirect reports.

Strategic Commercial Leadership: Develop and execute the commercial strategy for North Europe, driving revenue, market share, and brand equity.
P&L Ownership: Manage the North Europe P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis for sustainable growth in top and bottom line.
Team Management and Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team across North Europe, fostering collaboration and attracting & retaining top talent.
Customer & Partner Management: Cultivate C-level relationships with key customers and partners for strategic alignment on shared goals.
Trend-Setting Marketing: Partner with marketing teams to drive impactful strategies of Logitech-led campaigns, social e-commerce, innovations and partnerships.
Data and Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics and insights to monitor KPIs, understand customer behavior and use data to drive decision making.
Flawless Local Execution: Mobilize local teams for best-in-class execution, ensuring ROI realization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Culture Creator: Act as a liaison between the North Europe team and other departments for cohesive omnichannel strategy and operational excellence while adhering to Logitech Values.
Compliance and Security: Ensure all commercial and marketing activities comply with regional regulations and security protocols.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior commercial leadership role within B2C and/or B2B management.
Proven track record of building and scaling businesses and driving partnerships.
Extensive experience in P&L management with a proven track record of delivering consistent performance across revenue and profitability.
Skills:

Strategic & Analytics: Synthesize data and analytics into actionable commercial strategies
Commercial & Marketing Expertise: Comprehensive skills in developing and executing business plans, marketing campaigns, and local category strategies; strong understanding of Gross to Net (price/promo) management.

Leadership & Communication: Guide, mentor, and inspire diverse teams; excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration; positive "Can Do" attitude.

Storytelling, Negotiation & Influencing: Convey compelling narratives to align stakeholders on strategic plans.
Business Acumen: Understand commercial platforms and digital technologies; desirable CRM and retail analytics experience; ability to drive discipline and exceed targets. Familiarity with AI-driven tools and analytics platforms.
