Maintenance Technician – KONE

What You’ll Do

  • Carry out planned and corrective maintenance on lifts, escalators or automatic doors.

  • Diagnose and repair faults with a focus on safety, reliability and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide excellent on-site service and communicate effectively with customers.

  • Record work carried out and ensure compliance with all KONE and legal safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Practical interest or background in mechanical/electrical/engineering fields.

  • Good problem-solving skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

  • Great customer service and communication skills.

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Previous lift or electro-mechanical maintenance experience is helpful, but not essential – we provide full training.

Training & Career Growth

  • Full training provided to achieve a nationally recognised NVQ Level 3 Lift or Escalator Engineering qualification.

  • Continuous professional development and clear career progression into specialist, supervisory or management roles.
