The Impact you will have in this role:

As a member of the Product Management team within Clearing & Securities Services, the Business Analyst Associate Director will play a critical role in advancing strategic and operational initiatives that enhance the efficiency, resilience, and modernization of DTCC’s post-trade infrastructure. The Clerance and Settlement Modernization Group is a key function responsible for managing and driving the modernization of DTCC’s core Equity Clearance and Settlement platforms.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and technology-oriented Business Analyst to join our modernization team in a pivotal role. You should be excited to roll up your sleeves and get things done!

In this role, you will support the Modernization team in defining and executing the ECS modernization strategy. Success will require strong collaboration across the enterprise and with our clients to deliver the next generation of products that drive efficiency and elevate client experience.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Equity Clearing Settlement (ECS) Product Management team to help define and refine business requirements for the new modernized platforms
  • Conduct business analysis to support proposed modernization changes
  • Help document business requirements for functional changes
  • Work closely with Development teams to coordinate development requirements and timelines
  • Help prepare client-facing material to support overall modernization effort
  • Work closely with clients, and other stakeholders, to promote project awareness, track client engagement, and monitor and report client implementation readiness
  • Support Industry wide modernization testing efforts including preparing test plans and test scripts, tracking testing participation and ensuring test engagement
  • Prepare status reports for key stakeholders including senior management, regulators, etc.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior staff and other senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with a basic knowledge of supporting technical tools
  • The ability to interpret data and summarize results 

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
