Job Summary

Major Responsibilities/Tasks: 

• Responds to an emergency situation with a cool head and makes appropriate decisions based on the situation.
• Maintains all required Personal Protective Equipment knowledge and licenses needed.
• Maintains access control.
• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
• Maintains order at the job site and maintains helpfulness, integrity, and vigilance.
• Protects company and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Presents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informs violators of policy and procedures.
• Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
• Controls traffic by appropriately directing visitors to the clinic.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Interviews witnesses and obtains signatures as needed.
• Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
• Maintains the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Operate company vehicles to different sites.
• Reads, understands, and adheres to all Sacred Circle Health Care Policies and Procedures.
• Practices and adheres to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Values Statements. 
• Other Duties as Assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:  

• Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Must be able to operate a vehicle. 
• Excellent sense of judgment.
• Ability to always stay alert.
• Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
