In this role, you’ll:

• Manage the blood drive scheduling team and CRM system to ensure drives are fully booked and resources are optimized.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers, Collections, and Business Office teams to meet monthly goals and maximize staff utilization.
• Direct the Print Specialist and Training Specialist to support recruitment efforts, maintain materials, and ensure staff are properly trained.
• Act as a liaison to Marketing for advertising, promotions, and media campaigns.
• Oversee the distribution and effective use of promotional items to increase donor participation.
• Work with Data Analysts and Recruitment Managers to track results, create reports, and execute initiatives that grow donor engagement.
• Support other departments and donor groups to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Enforce policies related to EEO and Safety/Health.
• Serve as backup to the Director and step in when needed.

Supervisory responsibilities:

• Directly supervise Donor Administration staff, including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and resolving issues.
• Ensure all supervisory duties comply with organizational policies and applicable laws.

We need someone who has:

•  Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience, including project management, media, or public relations.

• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
