In this role, you’ll:
- Manage the blood drive scheduling team and CRM system to ensure drives are fully booked and resources are optimized.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers, Collections, and Business Office teams to meet monthly goals and maximize staff utilization.
- Direct the Print Specialist and Training Specialist to support recruitment efforts, maintain materials, and ensure staff are properly trained.
- Act as a liaison to Marketing for advertising, promotions, and media campaigns.
- Oversee the distribution and effective use of promotional items to increase donor participation.
- Work with Data Analysts and Recruitment Managers to track results, create reports, and execute initiatives that grow donor engagement.
- Support other departments and donor groups to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
- Enforce policies related to EEO and Safety/Health.
- Serve as backup to the Director and step in when needed.
Supervisory responsibilities:
- Directly supervise Donor Administration staff, including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and resolving issues.
- Ensure all supervisory duties comply with organizational policies and applicable laws.
We need someone who has:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience, including project management, media, or public relations.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
