Based in Munich and reporting to the DACH Lead, the Site Lead is accountable for leading the Hospitality and Facility Team to ensure seamless day-to-day office operations. This includes oversight of Reception and Facilities Services, coordination of onsite Events, and maintaining strong relationships with the Landlord and Building Management. The Site Lead serves as the primary point of contact and represents WPS within the local office community.
As a key member of the WPS Team, the Site Lead contributes to cross-site alignment efforts and may lead regional initiatives as assigned, helping to drive consistency and operational excellence across the region.
Your tasks:
- Direct supervision of onsite teams ensuring smooth daily operations and impeccable office standards
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and continuous training programs for all team members
- Oversee Salesforce refreshment program and budget management
- Manage guest services, meetings, catering, and high-profile event coordination
- Serve as single point of contact for all facilities matters and coordinate repairs/maintenance
- Maintain relationships with building management, landlord, and external vendors
- Own all local office communications via email and Slack to office communities
- Ensure compliance with German Health & Safety regulations and coordinate emergency training
- Execute Space Champion duties including audits and floor plan updates
- Participate in cross-regional initiatives and collaborate with DACH WPS teams
Your profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in Facilities Management or Hospitality
- Certifications: First Aid and Fire Warden (or willingness to obtain)
- Technical: Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency
- Financial: Strong budget management and financial planning experience
- Proactive, customer service-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong multi-tasking and project management capabilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Self-starter with strong decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel when required
- Fluency in English and German
