Position Overview: Deep Sync is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to be a foundational member of our engineering team. This individual will be a key technical contributor, responsible for designing and developing AI-first products and platforms that are central to Deep Sync's strategic vision. This role requires a strong technical expert with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of our AI-first product portfolio, from conceptualization to deployment.
• Play a key role in creating cutting-edge customer interaction platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
• Contribute to the development of an Agentic AI platform to enhance our operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering large-scale software products.
• Expertise in AI/ML technologies and experience in building AI-powered applications.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
