Job Summary
Part-time football and basketball asst. cheer coach to assist the head coach and provide leadership and school spirit to further develop the Endicott College Cheer team.

50 % of Time: Assist head coach with training the team in practices and game coverages
Support practice plans
Assist with stunt coverage
Spot and train tumbling
25 % of Time: Support the head coach with competition planning
Plan NCA Nationals trip
Support choreography instruction
Train team to compete at highest level
25 % of Time: Support head coach with alumni engagement, recruiting and fundraising
Establish new ways to keep alumni connected
Support head coach in recruiting plans
Create new ways to raise funds for the program

High School or College cheer/competition experience, interest and desire to work with student-athletes, must be able to work a flexible schedule with non-traditional hours. Skilled in gymnastics and stunt training.
