Duties of the Operations Agent:
- Provide customer service to customers via telephone, email and direct contact.
- Track outbound shipments daily and provide updates in our Navigator system.
- Monitor daily reports and action accordingly to ensure that shipments are moving smoothly and on time.
- Take on any special projects assigned by management.
- Work daily with excel spreadsheets, word documents and customer tariffs.
- Data entry into our Navigator, Compass and CoPilot systems.
