Duties of the Operations Agent:

• Provide customer service to customers via telephone, email and direct contact. 
• Track outbound shipments daily and provide updates in our Navigator system.  
• Monitor daily reports and action accordingly to ensure that shipments are moving smoothly and on time. 
• Take on any special projects assigned by management.
• Work daily with excel spreadsheets, word documents and customer tariffs.
• Data entry into our Navigator, Compass and CoPilot systems.
