Job Description

The Technical Specialist provides advanced document processing services and general support, creating a variety of documents and materials using advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products and other firm supported software.

Responsibilities:

• Use word processing software and other technical applications to input, edit, format and spell-check documents

• Use more advanced features of software applications

• Assist with more difficult and complex production assignment

• Train and mentoring of document production specialists

• Performing scanning, clean-up and formatting of images for more advanced level projects

• Proofreading; responding to inquiries regarding status of projects

• Answer routine and complex questions regarding basic applications and department procedures

• Assist the IT department in answering routine and complex help desk questions
