We’re looking for a Head of Business Development to launch and lead this function at D2G. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you’ll both drive immediate pipeline growth and build the structure for future scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead outreach, prospecting, and qualification to generate new business. 
- Identify RFP opportunities and secure vendor approvals. 
- Manage onboarding into procurement platforms and partnerships. 
- Build BD strategy: tools, cadences, KPIs, and scalable processes. 
- Collaborate across teams (Sales, Marketing, Ops, IT) to align messaging and enable growth. 
- Shape the future BD team and function. 
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years in business development, B2B sales, or account management. 
- Strong track record in lead gen, RFPs, and winning new accounts. 
- CRM/lead-gen savvy (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo). 
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable building from scratch.
